How The Icey Route Works

  • Reveal Sunday

    We reveal the week’s route and open reservations Sunday evening at 7:30 PM.

  • Reserve by Wednesday

    Reservations and payment close Wednesday at 8 PM so we can plan the route and prep your order.

  • Drops Saturday & Sunday

    We plan, prep, and pack Thursday–Friday, then The Coldest Route in Town drops Saturday & Sunday.

Route Drop FAQ

When do reservations open?

The Icey Route opens Sunday evening after the Weekly Route Reveal.

When do reservations close?

Reservations and payment close Wednesday at 8 PM so we can plan, prep, and pack for the weekend route.

When do drops happen?

The Coldest Route in Town drops Saturday and Sunday. Main route window is Saturday 2–4 PM, with a light Sunday route from 2–4 PM.

Can I choose my flavors?

Yes. Choose from this month’s route flavors while reserving your drop. July flavors include Mango Crush, Blue Mango Wave, and Beach Beary Blue.

Do you take special or group orders?

Yes. Icey Crates are best for parties, offices, classrooms, teams, and group drops. For larger or special requests, contact us before the Wednesday cutoff.
